Application and Account Details
If you use this publication and create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use bapa.sale only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Bapa reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion. We may combine the information you give us with information from other companies and use it to improve and personalise our services, content and advertising. This may also be done on a reciprocal basis. And from time to time, we make portions of our customer list available to carefully screened companies so that they can contact you with offers and information by mail, telephone, email or otherwise. If you do not want your name and mailing details made available or wish to alert us to duplicate mailings, please call us on our helpline number or email email@example.com We are committed to respecting your privacy. An electronic copy of each order is held by Bapa but will not be accessible to you.
Delivery is free on all orders over BGN 60.00. Standard delivery is charged at BGN 7.00 and will be despatched within 3 working days, subject to the availability of the products you have ordered. Please allow extra days for local holidays, weekends and sale time. Next reserves the right to amend or change the free delivery offer at any time, but we promise to notify customers at least 14 days in advance.
You can return any unused items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund (provided the items are in a new and unused condition) via post using the returns label on the reverse of your delivery note. Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Bapa.sale (This does not affect your statutory rights). All cosmetics, grooming products and certain jewellery can only be returned if found to be faulty. Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken unless the item is faulty.

All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to. Financial Complaints – Where complaints related to the consumer credit offer are not resolved to the customer's satisfaction the customer may have the right to refer their complaint, in writing, to the Financial Ombudsman Service, for independent investigation. Details will be provided as appropriate.
